The Registrar's Office is seeking a motivated individual to join their team as a Student Status Examiner at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
Custodian Oshkosh
Custodians at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh perform individual and/or group custodial duties in academic and administrative buildings, residence halls and dining services; operate and maintain power equipment to include, but not limited to: vacuums (upright, backpack, tank, wet/dry, portable), shampooers (upholstery, extraction, bonneting), floor scrubbers, floor buffers, pressure washers, lawn mowers, snow blowers and various accessories for the above machines, and are exposed to a variety of cleaning solutions and chemicals, and may come in contact with blood-borne pathogens and other potentially infectious materials. Training is provided in department standards, the proper cleaning methods, equipment operation and the use of safety procedures and protective equipment. Duties include, but are not limited to, cleaning of bathrooms and showers, lobbies, entrances, elevators, lodging rooms, classrooms, offices, hallways, stairwells, landings, pool area, gyms, handball courts, weight rooms, locker rooms, meeting rooms, pre-function areas, etc.
Custodian Lead Oshkosh
The Custodian Lead reports to the Custodial Services Supervisor and is responsible for guiding custodial staff (permanent, temporary and student) in the performance of cleaning services, in addition to performing regular cleaning tasks. The incumbent must have excellent communication, organizational and time management skills when working with students, custodians, staff and supervisors; be physically able to perform custodial duties according to department standards; have the ability to assign and review work; have the ability to operate custodial cleaning equipment according to instructions; and follow all safety rules and report safety violations to a supervisor. The employee may come in contact with blood-borne pathogens and other potentially infectious materials. Must have or be able to obtain a valid WI driver’s license and be authorized by Risk Management to drive a University vehicle upon appointment; will drive a university fleet vehicle (van, passenger van or box truck) to deliver equipment and supplies; must successfully complete a pre-work screen to ensure the ability to perform the essential functions of the position. Hours of work are: Schedule Week 1: Sunday & Thursday: Off; M-T-W-F: 4 PM-12 AM; Saturday: 2 PM-10 PM Schedule Week 2: Saturday & Tuesday: Off; M-W-TH-F: 4 PM-12 AM; Sunday: 2 PM-10 PM

Assistant PreCollege Coordinator Oshkosh
This position reports to the coordinator of the PreCollege Programs in the Student Achievement Services, Division of Academic Support of Inclusive Excellence. The position assists the PreCollege Coordinator in all aspects of administration of the campus annual spring visits and summer programs including planning, budgeting, staffing, grant writing and implementing the programs effectively. University Services Associate 2: This position provides administrative support to the COEHS as the scholarship (Academic Works) point person, to the Department of Teaching and Learning chair and faculty, the Graduate Program and Clinical Community B Coordinators. With the recent implementation of Academic Works, there is a need to have a single person that is the conduit between the Foundation and the COEHS, which will provide for efficiency and accuracy during the entire scholarship process. This position will also provide administrative assistance with Department of Teaching and Learning office operations. This position works with the Associate/Assistant Dean for scholarship matters.
