The Associate Vice Chancellor for Human Resources & Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action (AVC HR/EO/AA) serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer and Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Officer (CHR/EO/AAO) for the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. The position is responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the University’s overall strategic direction, specifically in the areas of talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, training and development, titling, compensation, benefits administration, and equal opportunity and affirmative action. The CHR/EO/AAO reports directly to the Vice Chancellor for Administrative Services and serves on the Chancellor’s Leadership Council. The CHR/EO/AAO serves as a strategic advisor to the Chancellor’s Cabinet and Leadership Council (comprised of the Chancellor’s cabinet members, academic deans, academic vice provosts, and governance group leaders) on all human resources issues. The CHR/EO/AAO works closely with campus administration and interacts frequently with faculty, academic staff, university staff, university organizations, and students.
Assistant Director Oshkosh
This individual serves as part of the UW Oshkosh's Children's Center Administrative team. This position will include coordinating general office operations in conjunction with the Center Director and being responsible for hiring, scheduling and supervising student child care aides and monitoring their orientation and training. The Assistant Director/Program Support Supervisor will assist the Director in the supervision of the professional teaching staff and assure the completion of Center financial tasks. The job requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, independent problem solving and the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast paced environment. In addition to the above responsibilities, this person is responsible for providing Program Support including onsite instructional support, mentoring, planning and coaching to the professional teaching staff and child care assistants to enhance the quality of early care and education programs within the center; develops partnerships with local school districts and campus education programs and performs related duties as assigned.
Front Desk Manager Oshkosh
Reporting to the Public Relations Director, this position assists with processing new student applications, coordinates and manages the office reception area, schedules on-campus visits, maintains exceptional customer service for all guests and utilizes technology (PeopleSoft, Salesforce) to track student records and maintain data. Standard work hours are Monday through Friday from 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Project Analyst (Internal Search) Oshkosh
Under the direction of Assistant Chancellor Anne Milkovich, this position supports the project management work of the institutional restructuring joining the UW-Fox Valley and UW-Fond du Lac campuses with UW Oshkosh. The project work is expected to last for one to two years. Internal candidates are encouraged to apply. Employees may be eligible to take a leave of absence and return to their original position at the conclusion of this appointment; pending current supervisor approval.

Assistant Vice Chancellor For Enrollment Management Oshkosh
The campus seeks leadership from an Assistant Vice Chancellor of Enrollment Management (AVCEM) as the designated leader who will continuously strive to create a strategic and coordinated enrollment management plan to attract, retain, and graduate a cohort of students who are academically competent, more culturally diverse and who are prepared to serve as model citizens in a global economy. Additionally, the AVCEM should possess the ability to promote the following; success with strategic planning; success in supporting staff in creating transformational educational experiences for students; the ability to implement technological advancements to improve business processes and the student experience; dynamic team-building and leadership skills with evidence of appreciation and support for shared governance; and a commitment to community engagement at the local, state, national, and global levels. Areas of Responsibility, the AVCEM will report directly to the Vice Chancellor of Student Affairs and provide leadership for a complex set of offices and responsibilities including Undergraduate Admissions; Financial Aid Services, New Student/Parent Orientation, First Year Student Experience and Career Services.
