Front Desk Advisor Oshkosh
This position is responsible for study abroad enrollment management, advising and customer support, student & staff hiring and search processes, peer advisor coordination, and event planning. This position serves domestic students, international students, parents & family members, community members, university staff and university professors who visit, call or email the office in relation to study abroad, study away, National Student Exchange, English Language Support, Immigration Advising, and International Admissions. Under the general supervision of the Director, this position provides customer service as the initial point of contact for the office and requires a high degree of familiarity with OIE programs, events, policies and procedures.
Academic Department Associate Oshkosh
This full-time position provides comprehensive administrative support to the Department of Biology, The person in this position has primary responsibility for managing the office activities in support of the Biology programs. The incumbent in this position needs to possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, good time management skills, and be very detail oriented. This position reports directly to the co-chairs of the department.
Structural & Lockshop Supervisor Oshkosh
Reporting to the Director of Facilities Operations and Maintenance this position is responsible for the management of the structural maintenance department, campus wide building maintenance program, personnel management, budget, purchasing, health and safety. Responsibilities include campus wide repair to building envelops, roofs, exterior structures, grounds (concrete, masonry), carpentry, doors, windows, lock and key systems. This position must be able to work independently and function as a member of the Facilities Management Supervisory team providing employee and project supervision, customer service and relations to the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh community. Employees are expected to be flexible in the performance of their job functions and to communicate openly with supervisors and co-workers, other departments and University staff. This position may occasionally be asked to work hours in excess of the normal shift (7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday – Friday), after-hour call-ins during evening, weekend, or emergency situations and /or scheduled maintenance. Special requirements: Must have or be able to obtain a valid WI driver’s license and be authorized via Risk Management to drive a University vehicle upon appointment. Candidate must possess or be able to obtain a Wisconsin Asbestos Supervisor certification upon appointment or by the completion of the twelve-month probationary period. This position is required to complete the mandatory supervisory training program during the twelve month probationary period.

Inventory Control Specialist Oshkosh
Under the direction of the Assistant Director - General Merchandise & Convenience Store, this position is responsible for the day-to-day front line operations of both University Books & More and the Corner Convenience Store. This includes training the front line student associates to provide excellent customer service in both University Books & More and the Corner Convenience Store. The combine sales for both stores reach approximately $5.7 million dollars annually.
