Director of Residence Life Oshkosh
The Director of Residence Life is responsible for the administrative leadership of the on-campus residential life program and for fostering a student living environment that supports and complements the mission of the university. Residence Life has a revenue generating capacity of 3,100 in 10 residence halls with 570,125 square feet of living space (4,015,961 gross square footage across all residence halls) and an operating budget of $17.5 million. Furthermore, the Director supervises the Gruenhagen Conference Center, a full-service, year-round conference center that annually supports approximately 85 conferences and groups. The Director has responsibility for supervision of personnel, management of fiscal resources, facility operations and use, problem solving, administration of room assignments, and review, development and implementation of policies and programs impacting the on-campus living community. The Director must also ensure that students are involved in shared student governance by maintaining positive working relationships and active involvement with hall governance. The Director will supervise and participate in after-hours on-call emergency response and will be required to attend weekend and evening events.

Research Specialist Oshkosh
This position is for technical support of a parasite life cycle involving ticks and rodents for the NIH/NIAID Filariasis Research Reagent Resource Center (FR3) (www.filariasiscenter.org). The successful applicant will conduct technical and surgical manipulations used for life cycle propagation, technique optimization related to arthropod rearing and rodent infection, and animal care and use documentation. This person will provide support for ordering and tracking shipments and optimizing parasite recovery from both hosts.
Technology Specialist/Online Training Developer Oshkosh
The University of Wisconsin Oshkosh Center for Career Development and Employability Training (CCDET) is recruiting for a staff member to perform duties related to online course development and delivery including publishing online courses, developing and updating Learning Centers, and monitoring registration processes within our Learning Management System (Pathlore). This position will also maintain online purchasing and survey systems, and develop and update CCDET webpages. This position will work in cooperation with state, county and/or other contracted trainers and training program designers. This position requires a high degree of accuracy, excellent critical thinking skills, attention to detail, the ability to work well in a team environment, and being a self-initiator.

The Pre-Licensure Advisor and Recruiter is responsible for facilitating communication with potential students about the program requirements, application process and procedures, and credit/degree transfers for the Pre-Licensure Program. This person is also responsible for all details related to the recruitment of potential students. This position requires an individual with strong networking, communication, and public relations skills. This is an internal search that will only consider current UW Oshkosh employees.

The Assistant Dean of Graduate Programs supports the operating plan and strategic goals of the UW Oshkosh College of Business by providing oversight for the Office of Graduate Programs.
