The Director of Equal Opportunity, Equity and Affirmative Action reports directly to the Associate Vice Chancellor of Human Resources, Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action and also has a dotted line to the Chancellor. In this capacity, the Director provides leadership in recommending, developing, and implementing policies, procedures and programs regarding all aspects of affirmative action, equal employment opportunity, equity, diversity, and employee disability. This position monitors compliance with affirmative action and EEO policies and procedures, and recommends corrective measures in instances of non-compliance. In addition, the Director receives, reviews, and investigates complaints of discrimination and harassment, works with employees on disability accommodations, and may, if requested, assist the Chancellor on other types of complaints or grievances against faculty and staff. This position fosters an environment of respect for the dignity and worth of all members of the University community including students, employees, and guests of the University.
New Student Application and Records Coordinator Oshkosh
The New Student Application and Records Coordinator position coordinates the preparation of nearly 18,000 application records annually in an office environment that emphasizes timely customer service. There is frequent contact with prospective and current students, university staff, academic staff, faculty, and administrators. The position reports to the Associate Director of Admissions and works 40 hours per week.

Associate Vice Chancellor for Human Resources & Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Oshkosh
The Associate Vice Chancellor for Human Resources & Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action (AVC HR/EO/AA) serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer and Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Officer (CHR/EO/AAO) for the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. The position is responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the University’s overall strategic direction, specifically in the areas of talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, training and development, titling, compensation, benefits administration, and equal opportunity and affirmative action. The CHR/EO/AAO reports directly to the Vice Chancellor for Administrative Services and serves on the Chancellor’s Leadership Council. The CHR/EO/AAO serves as a strategic advisor to the Chancellor’s Cabinet and Leadership Council (comprised of the Chancellor’s cabinet members, academic deans, academic vice provosts, and governance group leaders) on all human resources issues. The CHR/EO/AAO works closely with campus administration and interacts frequently with faculty, academic staff, university staff, university organizations, and students.
