Coordinator of Fitness Services Oshkosh
Under the general supervision of the Assistant Director of Programs the Coordinator of Fitness Services provides leadership for a dynamic and comprehensive fitness program which includes: group fitness, personal training, fitness/wellness programming, fitness assessments/screenings, weight room orientations, and special events. The coordinator actively creates learning environments that empower student employees to create safe, inclusive and accessible recreational opportunities. The primary purpose of this position is to directly interact with students and enhance their academic learning experience outside of the classroom setting. The position coordinates fitness programs/services, fitness staff scheduling, staff learning outcomes and assessment and evaluation of the fitness program. Evening, weekend and holiday work is required.
Head Women's Volleyball Coach Oshkosh

This individual will be responsible for oversight of the AODA intervention and prevention programs for campus. This individual will also be a staff counselor providing clinical services, crisis management, consultation and outreach to our student population.
Associated Facilities Planning Specialist Oshkosh
This position reports to the Director of the Planning and Construction. The Planning and Construction department, which is part of Facilities Management, is responsible for providing planning, design and construction services for 3.3 million GSF of space within 57 buildings in addition to oversight of leasing and facility usage agreements for the UW Oshkosh campus. This position is responsible for assisting with space management planning activities and office space design; designing and overseeing complex interior improvement projects; reviewing design and construction activities; and developing specifications for procurement of furniture. Act as UW Oshkosh project manager for the design and construction of renovations, remodeling and new construction by directing the work of project architects/engineers, building construction representatives and campus staff to assure that the project is completed in accordance with approved programs, schedules and budgets; or review plans for compliance with building codes; and recommend and approve finish material selection. Develop, select, specify, requisition and oversee furniture, ergonomic equipment and finishes for all space on campus. In addition, the position develops and maintains a sophisticated computer-aided design data base system which includes office space inventory and management system for campus buildings. This position exercises considerable independent initiative and independent judgment in establishing daily priorities in activities, and makes decisions involving space management planning and design with upper level agency representatives typically without the supervisor present. Work will typically be performed under general supervision.
Assistant/Associate Professor of Literacy and Language Oshkosh
The Department of Literacy & Language at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh seeks a tenure-track faculty member at the Assistant or Associate level. The person in this position will teach undergraduate courses on campus, with an emphasis on the literacies of early and middle childhood, and graduate courses in the MSE-Literacy program both on campus and in cohorts throughout Wisconsin. In addition, this person is expected to maintain an active program of research and publication and provide service to the department, college, university, PK-12 community, and profession. The Department of Literacy & Language provides graduate programs leading to a master’s degree, licensure as a reading teacher and reading specialist, and a certificate in literacy coaching and provides undergraduate courses in literacy for all teacher preparation programs offered by the College of Education and Human Resources. Faculty members in this department are committed to local, state, and national leadership in literacy and to a vision of literacy teaching and learning that is multimodal, constructivist, and equitable.

The Dean of the College of Education and Human Services (COEHS) is an experienced, doctorally prepared educator and leader who is primarily responsible for providing quality leadership for the College of Education and Human Services. The Dean represents the College of Education and Human Services and the University at local, regional, national, and global levels, including outreach to rural and urban communities and underrepresented groups.
